Venue rental details are briefly described below. Specifics will be in the tentative agreement:
Venue rental is $225 an hour (4 hour min; includes.setup and breakdown: please plan time accordingly.)
Self-service alcohol is not allowed. However, for an additional fee of $250 guests can operate a Turnkey Bar Service with a TABC certified bartender company/individual.
No persons under 21 allowed in the venue
Availability: 2pm -11pm
Cleaning fee: $50
Holding time without deposit will be 7 days. Deposit (50%) and signed agreement required 14 days before event date. Remaining balance due 3 days before event date.
